The self-improving software factory
Overcut is the control plane for a self-improving software factory. An event in Git, tickets, or CI triggers a workflow, AI agents do the work, humans hold the approval gates, and the outcome writes back to the team’s tools. Where coding assistants help one developer at a time, Overcut runs agents across the engineering organization: a shared Workspace Library, per-team context parameters, and bring-your-own-models. Retrospectives review completed runs and teach the next ones. It works with GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, Jira, Linear, and ClickUp, in managed cloud or on-prem, with a full audit trail.
